I have tried all the help tips on the site and none of them are helping my poor blaze to get going the battery life is so poor but I love it to bits. I have noticed that the screen keeps a really fast flickering on it has anyone else had that problem?

Hi, yep, mine too. It started a couple of weeks ago and deteriorated fast. I contacted customer support who were very friendly and replied quickly....however they could only offer a discount on a new device because mine is out of warranty. To be honest, I’d expect the product to last longer than 30 months for a price of €200.

It could be you have more than a year, they replied like this for me “Based on the details that you have provided along with the data we have on our end, we were able to verify that your tracker falls outside the 730 days of Fitbit's limited warranty. For more information on our warranty, you can visit Return and Warranty Policy.”. Also, if you provide the name of the vendor where you bought it then they may be able to identify the device without the receipt. Worth a try
