Blaze disconnecting from phone during run

A couple of times now when I've been running my Blaze has disconnected from my phone meaning my GPS isn't tracked ... does anyone know how to solve This?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze disconnecting from your phone and not tracking your GPS accurately. Le me give you a hand with this!

 

I would first recommend restarting both your tracker and your phone. For your tracker, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Then try it out and see if there's any change.

 

If that doesn't help, you might want to try to set up your Blaze as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
