Blaze display and sleep summary issue

Blaze display will not turn off, chewing through the battery.  I have tried everything...restarting, turning off, etc. Also, about 3 weeks ago sleep details stopped working.  I have cleaned contacts, moved device up on my wrist, etc.  At the point of giving up on this Blaze.  Any fixes, aside from what I have already done is appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried a restart or shut down @Lowva 

As for sleep, are you seeing simple sleep, or sleep stages?

Yes, I have performed a hard shutdown as well as a restart (on several occasions), nothing changed.

As for the sleep issue - only providing "basic Sleep Details", no sleep stages, no sleep score and graph is just a basic sleep pattern.
