I am writing this post on behalf of my father. We both have the Blaze. I love mine and haven't had any problems with it, I've almost had it for a year now. My father, on the other hand, seems to keep having problems with his. This time I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it. The display is black and on the left side of the display there is a vertical line which is orange/red at top and green on bottome. I've tried re-setting, recharging but nothing works.

Do the normal screens show? If so go to settings and do a shutdown.

Thanks! I can't get it to any other screen to do anything. I tried to restart and I also recharged but can't move past this ugly screen 😞 to get to any other screens

Charging would be the last thing to do.
Your options, would be to let the battery die and the tracker turns off.

Maredixon, did you ever get this resolved? I am starting to have this issue with my Blaze as well but mine keeps restarting it looks like. Thank you!

Same problem for me every fit but I've ever bought always goes to h*** in a handbasket I'm done with it throwing it in the garbage never buying a fit bit again!
