Blaze display is black

My Blaze kept going to the exercise running with the stopwatch all day yesterday. Then it just went black, I charged it overnight. Still black. I tried to reset nothing. It is about 1 1/2 year's old.

Hey @Mrscardew, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Please confirm these are the steps you followed in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
