Hello, I recently bought the Fitbit blaze and I thought it was awesome when I first got it. I haven't had any problems out of it until NOW. All of a sudden it started freezing up, I can't move anything on the screen. It's shutting on and off. Now I'm getting is just the Fitbit symbol across the screen. It's crazy how you pay so much money for something that doesn't even last a year. I'm very upset Bc I'm in the military and I work out A LOT so the watch was perfect for me 😞. I really have no clue of what to do with it

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If you can't get it to restart, it's time to contact support for a replacement.
While I'm not a huge fan of Extended warranties, they are a must when buying a fitness tracker. So once you warranty is out, spend the extra $20 and get a 2 or even 3 year extended warranty. You can do this at Best Buy, Cost Co, Amazon, etc...
Good luck... And thank you for your service!
