Blaze display remains black

The green lights on the back of my blaze are still working but the display remains black. This Blaze is only a few months old because I replaced my old one because the battery only last 2 days. This is the second big disappointment in Fitbit. What can I do?

It's great to see you here @MaximeSchaek.

 

Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
