Blaze display stuck

This morning I noticed that my Fitbit was stuck to 1:26am November 6th.  So non of my steps got logged the rest of the day. The battery was charged so that wasn't the issue.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

I got the fitbit to show the right time once I synced it to my phone.  Just not sure why it got stuck at that time and why it then didn't record any of my activities during the day.

It's great to see you here @Yac12 and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and am glad to hear that your tracker isn't stuck anymore and that is working properly. If there is anything else we can do for you, do not hesitate to post it.

Keep the stepping up! Smiley Happy
