Blaze does not charge and gets overheated

Hi ... Blaze was working fine but suddenly it has stopped charging.... I have cleaned the device changed ports and all of that... But it is not charging ... Also As I left it for charging for 2 hours... suddenly it was overheated and the overheat sign was on the device. Can some pitch in please

This just started happening to me too. My fitbit blaze was working completely fine then all of sudden it wasn't working and saying my battery level was low. I put it on the charger and then noticed that it was overheating.

Tap the top right corner of this page. Tap contact Fitbit that will be on the menu.
