Blaze does not recognize exercise.

I have restarted my Blaze several times, but it doesn't show the exercise I did today, 54 minutes, 4776 steps including playing basketball for thirty minutes. When I signed into the Fitbit website, those activities were not reflected there either.

A warm welcome to the Community @CurtJ! Let me help you out with the exercise recognition. I appreciate the restart you performed. In this case, I would like you to double check that all your settings are properly set in order to properly work with SmartTrack: 

- Auto-Exercise recognition setting is set to ON

- Check that the activity is on the list of recognized exercises

- The recognition needs to be set at 10 minutes

Additionally, if you manually put your tracker into activity mode and you're not getting this activity, please let me know so I can further troubleshoot.
