Does not keep charge does not record heart rate or sleep
Customer service has not resolved issues and very slow in getting back to me

Thank you for the information about the difficulties you've been having with the Blaze not tracking your heart rate and sleep data.
Before considering other options, for both of the problems you mentioned I would recommend performing a restart, and for the heart rate, please try to to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy as well: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading? This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
