Blaze does not sync and software update does not install

Hi,

My Blaze does not sync or the update does not get installed. I checked the bluetooth connection on my iphone. I also reset the blaze, and restarted my phone.

 

The fitbit app on phone continuously tries to do sync, and it is getting restarted again and again. When I try the Update tracker, the loading process hangs in the middle, and then restarts automatically, and then after a couple of time, it completely stops. 

At the end, neither the data is updated not the update is loaded.

Took about six attempts tonight before it finally stayed connected all the way though. Annoying but it's finally back in business.

 

The assistance with this issue has been atrocious ... they have my email but didn't send me any notices, they have an app and website but you had to dig to find anything on this issue and then only in the help forum if you searched for it, the push of the updates to my app took too long ... I could go on. Just poorly handled all the way around.

None of the suggested things from Fitbit have helped me so far. How about anyone else?

I am having the same problem, hope there is a solution soon. The time is off by 19 minutes. Driving me crazy. I'd like to sync and update asap.
