Blaze doesn't measure distance accurately.

I use my Blaze to track runs and bike rides. Distance is always down by 20 percent  ish. I've got good GPS and it links to my android phone (Samsung S9) OK.

I've linked Fitbit app to Runkeeper. Both record the same distance which is too low, but Runkeeper's map shows the correct km markers, which are correct when I measure distance on google maps or similar.

Help please!
