Hi,
It has been like 1 year since I bought Blaze. When I try to do workouts that are highly intense, it doesn't show more than 148, instead it shifts to 80 or 120 or even 60 sometimes.
I was using Cosco chest strap before, it was good and showed me correct heart rate for my HIRT WORKOUTS. Only draw back in that was, it was not stable near my chest. It kept coming down.
So I bought Fitbit blaze.
The customer care I connected last time was lethargic with their reply. No responsible answer was given.
What should I do ? did I do a mistake by buying fitbit ?

Hi, @Lisacoralin, many people find they get most accurate HR information by wearing the Blaze a little higher on their wrist and a little tighter while doing strenuous exercise than they would in day to day wear.
You can get more information about Fitbit's HR technology in this help article
