After take off charger it will only stay on for few hours and does same thing. The time came on as 7:21 and the real time was about 11 AM. What am I to do to try to get this working and to stay working?? Please help

Welcome to the Community @Jen14aj. Have you tried the restart procedure? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it for some time. Now if the issue is with the tracker's battery, you can take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I have tried everything. It will stay on for few minutes and sometimes even an hour. I have lost over a weeks of data and have been going back and forth with customer service. Not impressed with how this has all come down. Especially when you are spending a lot of money for a device that should last more than a year. I am sending it back for repairs and that will take another 10 days or so before I get it back. I am considering looking into apple if this don’t work. Very upset about how difficult this has become to figure out how and what this maybe. You get the same instructions for any post you put. Best of luck to the rest of you Fitbit lovers with your devices
