Blaze doesn’t vibrate

I’ve tried several times to set alarms but my blaze doesn’t vibrate at all. Even if I get a text notification, it never vibrates.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Turning it off didn’t help. I’ve set alarms, then turned it off and back on and let it sync...it never vibrates. Also, the screen doesn’t come on when the alarm. The only reason I know that the alarm is even coming on is because I was waiting for the alarm to happen. When the time passed and nothing happened I check the screen and the notification came up when I tapped it.
