Hi folks. I was hoping someone can help me. I must be doing something wrong. I've just purchased a brand new Blaze. I opened the box and put the tracker into the charging frame and charged it. Whilst it was in the charger it operates and will sync however the second I remove it from the charging frame it shuts off and my phone can't sync etc. none of the buttons work or anything. It's like the thing has completely died.
The battery icon on the tracker shows that it is full yet I cannot get it to operate at all out of the charger. Any ideas ?

@Bomberheath Have you tried a restart? Not sure it will work if your buttons truly aren't working, but worth a shot.
To restart: Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. Let go of the buttons and hopefully it will work for you.
If that doesn't work, but you do have functionality when on the charger, you might try turning it off while in the charger.
To turn your Blaze off and on:
Swipe right to left on the home screen to the Settings screen. Tap Settings and scroll down to Shutdown. Tap Shutdown and confirm. To turn your Blaze back on, press any button. Sync your tracker as soon as you turn it back on.
If neither of those work, it would probably be best to contact Customer Service so they can troubleshoot with you.

Thank you BUT. It didn't work.
It will swipe up and down but I can't swipe left or right and the buttons still don't work.
