Blaze don't turn on

Hey guys, this is my first post, I just got the Fitbit Blaze, I already charge it and set it up, but after the set up it doesn't turn on and when it tries to sync it doesn't. I have put it back in the charger and the Fitbit logo appears but that is about it. Can somebody help me?

It's great to see you around @jchichuv.

If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
