Blaze driver error; won't sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About a week ago my fitbit blaze stopped syncing to my phone. I have tried numerous times to reset the blaze, as well as my bluetooth connection, and hard reset on my phone, nothing worked. Today I tried connecting to my computer, and it is coming up hardware error. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I use my blaze for more than just tracking my steps, for me it is imperative to be able to read my texts, while I am at school and work as I do not have access to my phone, and need to be able to be reached by my babysitters. Please help!

Hi there @angelofmine04. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 😄

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not syncing properly 😕

Since you've already tried restarting it, which I want to thank you for doing, I'd recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, try to restart your tracker one more time by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until your tracker reboots. Then proceed to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
