aAttempting to update tracker software mesage says it "fails to complete". The suggested retry was attempted and continued to "fail" for over thee plus hours of time pasing - as one thought was TRACKER NOT sufficiently charged! What more should I do to procede?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to update 😕
Now, I'd like to know, are you only having problems getting it to update the software or is it also with syncing in general? Which phone are you using for syncing? Have you tried to restart your tracker and then continued to update it to see how it goes? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

I am using windowa10 app on my laptop, I Don't know how to do anything yet as I was doing update to Tracker that app said was available during my setup steps. One thing I notice is the Tracker Battery is shown to be only1/2 charged I don't see anything telling how to increase battery charge but read somewhere software update really puts heavy demand on the battery. Pc app seem okay. I am "dead in the water" and HAVE NO IDEA How To get going.

P.S. THE TRACKER STILL HS FITBIT.COM/STARTUP SO I TRIED THE RESTART BUTTONS INSTRUCTION YOU SENT IN MESSAGE AND GOES BLACK then WHEN TOUCHED SHOWSTHE SAME AS BEFORE .
