Blaze fails to stay connected to S8

My Blaze struggles to sync with my S8 but after hours of restarting phone, Fitbit, Bluetooth, etc., it finally pairs again then after a few hours its will stop syncing and I go through the same process. The Blaze used to work fine on iPhone 6S. All devices and apps are up to date on the latest software. 

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Fitbit Blaze is having some issues with the connection between it and the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+. For more information about it, I recommend taking a look at this post.
