Blaze falsely recording sleep when not sleeping

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze says I’m constantly asleep. At the gym - sleeping, walking the dogs - sleeping. Why am I so tired when all I do is sleep (jk). So far I have reset the device and removed then reinstalled the app on my iPhone. I can’t find anything about sensitivity. This issue just came up on Sunday.

What other thibgs can I try?

Hi there @BrandyDemick! Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze recognizing sleep when it should not, that's super weird and thanks a lot for all you've tried to get it to work!

As for the sensitivity, you can change this in the settings. For this, go to the  Account section on the app by tapping at the top right corner. Then, tap on Advanced Settings and scroll down to Sleep Sensitivity. Once you're here, switch it to Normal or to Sensitive and then sync your tracker. You could also give it one more restart making sure you're doing it by pressing the left and lower right buttons together for 10-12 seconds until the tracker reboots and then, try to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and try it out during the day and see if this makes any difference.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, I'm always around! 🙂
