Blaze fault in the screen

I've had my blaze less than a month, the screen is on constantly it will buzz then switch off briefly then come back on again. Can someone help me please

That sounds pretty bad. Have you tried resetting it by holding the left and bottom-right button. Maybe plugging it into power from the charger?

Hey there @Fii. Great to see you in the Community!

 

It soulds like the behaviour you're describing is your tracker restarting itself. If after you manually restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right button for 10-12 seconds doesn't help and your tracker keeps doing the same, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and get you back on track.

What do I do now and it keeps vibrating the HR lights are off. The display stays on??

@Fii Call support, they will take care of you. In your case any trouble shooting that can be found on the forums likely won't work, so best call people who can send you a new Blaze if yours is faulty. (It is caught in a loop restarting itself.)
