Blaze firmware update today - device now not working

Hi,
I have just updated the firmware on my blaze and it is now not working. The screen does not respond to touch and the device resets every minute or so.
I have reset, synced, removed and re-setup. Changed the clock face and synced more than 20 times. It does not seem to make any difference.
Is there anyway to force the upgrade again? Or roll it back?
The web chat helpdesk could not help. Just suggesting that I keep trying to sync the device. I have synced constantly for the past few hours (when the device lets me as it keeps resetting itself).
Please help?..
