Has anyone had a problem with their Fitbit Blaze no charging right? Mine has been plugged in all day and as soon as I take it off it will show half battery, then about few hours later die. And sometimes just die right after I take it off the charger. But when it's on the charger it will not charge more then half but even with half battery like I said it normally just dies I'm lucky to get a couple hours out of it.

Hey my Fitbit Blaze is doing same and it's not yet a year old.
How can you get them fixed or replaced under warranty?

Yeah, mine is about 3 months old. I got a hold of fitbit and they said that it's definitely not normal for it to do that. They are sending me a replacement.

877-623-4997 that's the customer service number. They will ask your name, and email your fitbit is under. They can see the last sync and such. They said mine was 90% yesterday then went from 70% to 20% which isn't normal. And said mine was under warranty.

Thank you for providing this number! This is exactly my situation as well so I'm on the phone with the helpdesk now and I believe they will be replacing my device.
