I've been doing some Fitstar workouts and they are showing up on my fitbit dashboard as fitstar personal training with a calorie count of e.g. 206. Is this the estimated calorie count from fitstar and not the actual calorie count from my Blaze? Should I be pressing the "Workout" Exercise button on my Blaze when I'm starting the workout too to get the actual calories used?
Getting a bit confused - as I'd like to know actual calories used not what fitstarthink it should be.
Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @Claire_ed! As @Rich_Laue mentioned the Blaze will take into consideration your heart rate to determine your caloric burn during the activity. Also I tested it and you can not access the workout screen if you do one of the FitStar exercises on your Blaze.
Hope this helps! 🙂
