My Fitbit is charged and worked fine up until 3:23 yesterday. Now I have only the logo that flashes on my screen. I can not shut it down or reset it. Help me, please!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to paired your tracker as a new device? If you haven't, please follow these steps:
Before setting it up, make sure to sync it so you won't lose your information.
