Blaze flashing Fitbit logo

 My Fitbit is charged and worked fine up until 3:23 yesterday. Now I have only the logo that flashes on my screen. I can not shut it down or reset it. Help me, please!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to paired your tracker as a new device? If you haven't, please follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Before setting it up, make sure to sync it so you won't lose your information.

It will not pair , restart, shut down nothing it only displays the logo
smthe entire time until it drains the battery.

Yes, and not a very good one. Customer service has changed alot since my
last issues.
