Blaze flashing logo after restart

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a new Blaze a couple of days ago and it was syncing fine until I removed my Charge HR, I restarted it by pressing the left hand and bottom right hand button and now it is flashing with the Fitbit logo every few seconds. It won't charge and it won't restart again, it won't sync to the app. Any ideas as to how this can be resolved? Thank you!

A warm welcome to the Community @nikkivb and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Have you tried to shutdown your Blaze? If you haven't, please shut it down by swiping to settings, tap shutdown and confirm. Then turn on your Blaze by pressing the home button.

I restarted it before I knew about the settings menu, I held down the left and bottom right buttons to restart it but after that the Fitbit crashed. A new one is being sent out to me as there is no way of fixing it! Thank you for your reply.

Those are great news @nikkivb. I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new Blaze. At the moment of receiving the replacement, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
