Blaze flickering unresolved but customer service the best!

I have an issue with my current blaze where the screen constantly flickers, searched the forums to find answers and tried some of the solutions with no luck! I then contacted the online chat and explained my situation. Larry was so helpful, I took a video of the problem and he was able to come to a solution where I was able to get my blaze replaced! I filled in the online form and my new blaze arrives in 5 or so days. Totally happy! I was about to give up. Totally worth trying the online chat (once you have exhausted the forums of course). The customer service was exceptional!

Thanks for sharing the happy news. You did everything you could and I'm sure that video was helpful in speeding up the process.

I had the same problem a while ago.  You have to reset you fitbitby hitting the one button on the left and the bottom button on the right to fix it.  You won't lose anything I promise lime I said I had to do it myself hope this helps.
