Blaze frozen and button not working

Recently my Blaze has been stuck on timer setting when I use and unable to come back to home screen. Also the left hand side button is very intermittently working. I have never been able to do a hard reset with the Blaze. Please can you help?

I started to have the same issue. I had to restart my blaze 10 times now due to buttons freezing.  Please fix

That's good your able to attempt to reset I can't even do that. Hoping that Fitbit will reply to both of our concerns as I've yet to hear back from them. Which is a bit frustrating. My Blaze is not usable anymore, my button on the left has just stopped working completely. 

 

I've yet to hear from Fitbit about a solution. Please can you look into this?
