Blaze- frozen black screen

I was trying to start the log on my workout this morning and accidentally hit run so I backed out and it frozen on the run screen then went black and now it won't do anything! Any way to reset it or is it just toast I've only had this thing a month and loved it up until now!!

hold down the left button with the botton right button until the fitbit logo comes us- this is a reset but if it doesnt work then i dont know that to do
