Blaze frozen on Fitbit logo

My Blaze has frozen on the logo screen. The Fitbit logo flashes and vibrates every 30 seconds or so. I have tried several times to restart my Fitbit but with no success.

 

Please help!

HiThanks for getting back to me. I had a deeper look at similar posts and tried changing the clock face via my phone app and put my fitbit on charge over night. After a couple of attempts to sync this morning it seems to be ok! Fingers crossed it has sorted itself!RegardsDeirdre Bracks
