Blaze fully charged but powers off on removing from charger

Hi,

I have  2 Fitbit Blaze. Last time I and Mrs used them was back in 2018. Today decided to use them to get rid of the lockdown effects on the body.

 

Charged both of them. One of them started working straightaway. The other one fully charged but powered off as soon as removed from the charger. It works fully when it's in the charging holder and the holder is connected to the power.

 

Any ideas to get this fixed, please.
