Blaze fully charged, but will not turn ON when taken out of the charger!

The Blaze has been running fine for the past few months since purchase, but suddenly, it went blank screen.  Expecting that the battery was dead, I charged it for a few hours.  I can see the battery as full, when charging, but once I take it out of the charger, it will not respond to any actions.  Tried to reboot it, with the left an lower right buttons pressed together for 15-20 seconds but no luck.  Any suggestions please?  If the battery dead??  Am I covered under first year warranty?

Yes, that is correct.  When inside the charger, I can see the battery sign as full.  The screen is responding, and I am able to change settings, but it goes OFF, once I take it out of the charger, and does not respond at all!!

Fitbit replaced the module under warranty!
