I gave my Blaze to my daughter and notifications are not working correctly - it shows up when she gets a call but not text messages.
So far I've tried:
1.Checking all settings on her phone and the Blaze - notifications are on on both, do not disturb is off on the phone. Swiped down to make sure notifications on the blaze are on.
2. Troubleshooting instructions from the site - reset fitbit, turned bluetooth off for 10 seconds, turned back on, turned phone off and on.
She has a iPhone 6 with IOS 10.3.3. I have the same phone and had no issues.
Any ideas? Much thanks

I can probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device to ensure that the notifications will be received on your tracker without a problem.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and notifications should work.

I have the same issue and all the solutions you recommended didn't work. Any other suggestions. I have the iPhone 7plus.
