Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze no matter what I do workout takes walks or just doing normal things gives me outrageous amounts of Active Minutes.. I tried everything and nothing has worked.  They even sent me a new one and the same thing is happening with the new one... When I first got it, it worked Great and the Activity minutes right on... I don't know what to do.. Can anybody give me some help with this?

Thank you,

Donna

It's great to see you around @mgmtdee63 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself.

It's weird to hear that even the new tracker is registering active minutes without earning them. Can you please tell me what have you tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I was on the phone for one an hour talking to Tech Help.. We did everything from shutting down to restarting many times.. They then said that we will send you a new Blaze and this one is doing the same thing.. Very Frustrating... I don't know what to do.. If you can help me to figure out how to fix this problem would be great...

Thank you,

Donna

Hi @AlejandraFitbit, thanks for responding to the original post, I'm having similar trouble! Even when I'm not wearing it, my Blaze sometimes registers Active minutes. It's so frustrating! I've restarted it per your instruction, and hopefully that solves the problem. In the meantime, is there a way to delete the active minutes that it logged incorrectly?

The weird thing is that they don't show up when I click in exercise (they're not in the bigger graphs that you can access by clicking), they're just counted in that wheel of progress in the dashboard. Any suggestions?

Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for the information @mgmtdee63 and @cjgc123 welcome to the Community.

At this point, I recommend both of you keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
