Hi there,
I'm needing help. My Blaze seems to have just died. I bought it direct from Fitbit in December 2016, so it's just gone 1 year.
Nothing works on it, no green flickering lights at the back no the front display screen.
I have tried pushing the lower right hand side button for 10-12 seconds. I've tried this many times.
I have charged the watch. No lights come on when I charge it either.
It's just totally dead.
Someone please help.
