Same thing happened to me but I tried charging it and Fitbit has gone completely blank. Now I am out of a Fitbit. Too much money for such a short time of having it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Testtrax ! It's nice to see you around @Irener and @OldWalt !

@Testtrax I understand that you don't see green PurePulse LEDs which are used to measure your heart rate. I recommend confirming that your heart-rate tracking is turned on: Swipe to Settings on your Blaze and find Heart Rate Tracking. Make sure Heart Rate is set to Auto or On.

@Irener I am sorry to hear you are going through this situation. I appreciate your feedback and would like to confirm if you've tried the following troubleshooting steps including a restart: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?

@OldWalt thank you for sharing your experience. Have you checked that your heart rate setting is on? Have you tried to restart your device? Please confirm the complete troubleshooting steps at Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted on the outcome!

I tried all of these things, I believe it's just broken (fitbit support tried to help troubleshoot the problem before) I got 2 years of use out of the blaze which is it's expected life span.
