Blaze has blank screen, will not restart/reset

Woke up to check the time on my blaze. Screen was blank. Battery shows medium charge. When I try to restart it, the screen just flashes gray and it vibrates. Have it on the charger now but the Fiitbit logo does not come up. It does not seem to be doing anything at all. Very frustrated. This Fitbit is two weeks old.

I would take it back where ever you got it and exchange it. If you got it here than contact support by using the help link at the top of the forum.
