I've had my blaze almost two weeks. I had the surge prior. It hasn't tracked my sleep at all. Not one time. It tracks heart rate and I get all other notifications. This is frustrating. I've changed it to sensitive and that didn't do anything either. I chatted with inline support and they couldn't offer a solution either. That's half of why I wear a tracker. Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks for stopping by @Kellylebig! I would like you to make sure that you've restarted your tracker. It should track your sleep automatically. After you've done the restart then wear it at night and take it out in the morning. (Make sure you sync before checking your Dashboard)
Note: If your tracker has synced successfully then you should see the last sync a few minutes ago in your online Dashboard. If you're seeing it in your app below your tracker's picture you should be able to check when was the last time it synced.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted.

Hey there @arandomblackguy! Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Blaze? Can you provide me with more details about how many days is your Blaze tracking your sleep? Are you doing anything different those days? Is it always the same days that you're not getting sleep?
Keep me posted!
