Hi wondering if anyone can help. since yesterday morning my blaze won't sync to the app on my phone. I've tried deleting app and installation. I've tried turning phone and Bluetooth on and off. logging out of app etc. any suggestions? I've emailed customer services yesterday and still waiting for a response. Its annoying as I can't even use it as a watch as it's still on yesterday's time and date!

Have you tried restarting your Blaze using this procedure:

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work so it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
