My Fitbit Blaze is one and half years old.About one month the Fitbit customer service did update. Since then the heart rate is not working the company is trying not to support the old version of the Fitbit they want the customer to buy a new one. I was getting in touch with customer service but no help. They told me I have to wait for the next update by they not told me the date. Is anyone else have the same problem from now on I don't think so I will have another Fitbit. thank you

@ErnM Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the time you took to share your experience with our Support team and your Blaze.
It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
If you have any question about the option you were given, you could reply back to the case that you already have and they will continue assisting you.
I'll be around if you have any additional question.

I’m also having an issue with the heart rate. Every time I’ve looked at it for the last 3 days it says 70 even when I’m not wearing it. Is there a fix for this?

My Fitbit Blaze is about 20 months old and the Heart rate monitor stopped working about 3 days ago.

@Mismary18 and @Boomer1 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details shared.
@Mismary18 I would like you to restart your Ionic and then check if once you remove your watch from your wrist it continues showing heart rate data.
@Boomer1 I would like you to try the tips on this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted!
