About two weeks ago my blaze suddenly went from 5 day charge to barely 48 hours. I have now noticed that it hasn’t been tracking heart rate, maybe the cause? Green lights are flashing but data is empty for two weeks for just the heart rate, everything else works. Shutdown no help. I’ve had no other issues, any guidance or is this faulty?

I am having the same issue. First I thought it was a problem with my charge then I noticed no heart rate was being registered. Tried resetting it, syncing and all but nothing seems to change

I'm having the same problem. I've been emailing back and forth with support, but so far, no luck.

Just for your information I will assume you have just gone past your 1 year warranty by 6 months or less. It has been well documented on this forum, that this is a common issue with many Blaze owners. They will not replace nor fix your fit bit. Just would like to let you know you are not alone.

I've been informed that you have a case created with them, and they're currently working on the issues experienced with your devices. @SaTvIk_94, thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. @rohitvarma, I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is also having this behavior. I was investigating with our team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. You should be getting a reply soon.

Same exact thing happened to me. I had a charge for about a couple of years and decided to upgrade to blaze because I really wanted the heart rate feature and decided to place a few bids on eBay. I won one and sent my charge to my sister but now I am just wishing I would’ve gotten an inspire at Best Buy instead but am also afraid to drop more $$$ on something that is just going to give me more headaches. I’mseriously considering just getting an Apple Watch instead. It doesn’t seem like anyone that is outside the warranty is ever helped in any real meaningful way.
