Blaze heart monitor stopped working

Hi - the heart monitor on my blaze has stopped registering. The light is flashing. I've rebooted several times. re-set up the device. switched between on/off/auto on the blaze, app and website. I'm out of ideas. Incredibly frustrating. Can anyone help please? (I should add it is 2 years old so out of warranty). Thanks

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried all the recommended steps and still not working.

I would like you to confirm you've tried this troubleshooting for your heart rate not working. If it is still not working then provide me with more details about what you're experiencing:

 

- Is it showing no heart rate information?

- Is your Blaze tracking all the other data?

The heart rate and the sleep tracker were not working at all for 2-3 days. It so happened it coincided with me getting a new iPhone though I thought that may have been the issue. Woke up this morning and now all is well, heart rate and sleep tracker are now working again. Not exactly sure what the issue was, just glad it seems to working properly again.

Hi Silvia, and thank you for your message.  Yes I’ve tried those steps such as restarting and also tried syncing to a new phone etc.

 

Funnily enough though while there is still no heart rate display, the Blaze has recovered some function in the last week.  Battery life had gone from 36 hours to 6 and is now around 16, Active Minutes display has returned and Calories Burned is pretty accurate again.  All in all good enough to cope with!

Hi Craig

 

Good to hear.  Calories burned and active minutes have come back for me, and battery life improved, so hope it comes back!  Think my issues may have been due to hot weather.

Yeah, so it started working again for a few days, now it’s back to not working again. Not showing the heart rate and not showing the sleep tracking. I’m at a loss again.
