Blaze heart rate and battery issues

Fitbit Blaze stopped tracking heart rate even though green lights are blinking. Battery also stopped holding charge for more than a day. I’ve done a hard reset as well as shutdown and re synced multiple times. I’ve tried that all after getting a full recharge on the Blaze. I even tried to place the heart monitor to On rather than Auto. Don’t know what else to do?
