Blaze heart rate information inaccurate

Have to say.. I am very disappointed with Fitbit. I have the Blaze and I have spoken to them through chat and on the phone and am not happy! I have been in the hospital with a HR of 125-130 and my Fitbit showed a HR of 50-60. And again had it checked and it was showing 65 when I had a HR of 95. Back in hospital again with a HR of 105 and my Fitbit shows 56. I have followed all the steps both times and it does not track correctly. I was told that Fitbit does not replace the trackers for this issue. I could understand it being out by a little bit but this is ridiculous! Do not buy one if you actually want to track your heart rate!

It's great to see you around @randyandsandy.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. If you are seeing that your heart rate information isn't being accurate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
