In December my Blaze heart rate for resting went all over the place. I have also had it say weird spikes while just sitting and not active at all. It is being inconsistent to say the least. Even with Heart rate on auto when I do not have it on it is giving crazy readings. The android app is showing it going when it is not on. I have done all the recommendations I found on fitbit and read through many posts the last week. I find it strange that it was working fine and now things are all over the place. My fitbit Blaze is 2 years old I know they say it will last but my husband saw the rate the other day while I was doing dishes. He was like there is no way you are that high for your heart rate. He checked my bp and I was no where near that. He was telling me I really need a new one. I have done hard resets, I have shut it off. Any other recommendations? I hate to just buy a new one - will the issues be the same?

Did this started when you upgraded to the latest available firmware (402)?
I've had issues with the auto HR mode since then, and on two different Blaze devices.

I looked back and I seemed to notice a change end of October beginning of November. Was that when the firmware update went out?
