Blaze heart rate lights and sensor

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just this week, my battery went from lasting 4-5 days to less than on day.

I noticed the green lights on the back of the watch, for the sensor, won’t shut off, even if I turn the heart rate sensor off.

It also stopped reading my heart rate.

Also the watch has randomly been freezing on the Fitbit logo start up screen, and nothing I do on the app or watch will shut it off.

Ive cycle day through multiple restarts and turned the hr monitor off and also on auto and nothing hasn’t worked.

My heart rate isn’t no longer being logged.

The watch is a little over 1.5 years old.

Same!! I have an open case with Fitbit currently. They wanted me to turn off everything that could drain the battery and fully charge and run it until it’s dead.   Syncing multiple times a day. Then I have to contact them back to look at the account.  I did that this morning at around 11am and it’s 930pm and the battery is already flashing red. I have only had this since October 17

I am experiencing the exact same thing as Amber.  My battery is not holding the charge even after a full re-charge.  My green lights are not coming on at all anymore and my heart rate monitor stopped working three days ago.  I have done all the remedies and nothing works! I’ve had the watch two years this past June 25th.  We’ve all paid too much money for these Fitbits to have them breaking down like this and there’s got to be a better solution to these breakdowns.  We put our trust in your products Fitbit, the least you can do is produce a product that doesn’t break down so easily.
