Blaze heart-rate log is not displayed on iPhone 7 Fitbit application

Just upgraded from Iphone 5 to 7 and the heart-rate log does not update in the Fitbit application running on Iphone 7. It worked fine on Iphone 5. If I reboot the phone it will update. I tried reinstalling the app, removing the tracker from the application and adding it back in.

A warm welcome to the Forums @QuoVadis. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Have you tried doing a force sync? If you haven't, please do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

Also, please double check that the app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thank you for the quick response.

I have tried the force sync. And it does the syncing properly without the log update. I have also tried the following:

Reinstall the app, disconnect and reconnect the bluetooth, remove and add the tracker, shut down and rebooted the tracker.

I haven't tried to factory reset the tracker.
