Blaze heart rate monitor, no green lights

My Fitbit Blaze heart rate monitor is not working. The green lights are not working, as well. I have tried shutting off and restarting several times, to no avail. The HR setting has been set to on and auto. Do you have any additional suggestions?

I have done all that also. No HR.
